In spring, after the danger of frost usually mid to late May
Plant seeds 1/2inch depth in full sun 5 inches apart .Mature plant can reach 9-12 feet tall with a large and glorious amber flower that produces a large quantity of seeds/grain. 100 days for to reach maturity.
