Soup Beans are a Southern favorite, they are easy to grow and are delicious served with cornbread!  They have  exceptional taste and nutritional value. PLANTING/ HARVESTING INSTRUCTIONS:

In spring, after the danger of frost, plant seeds 1 inch depth in full sun 5 inches apart. Beans are ready for harvest when the seed pod has yellowed and dried. These bean can be planted in mid summer for a late fall crop also.  80-100 days to harvest.
